Cookies Policy
Welcome to loomyAI. This Cookies Policy applies to loomyAI services (the “Platform”), which include loomyAI apps, websites, software, and related services accessed via any platform or device that links to this Cookies Policy. The Platform is provided and controlled by LOOMY TECH PVT LTD., with its registered address at Enam Sambhav, PLOT-C-20 'G' BLOCK, Near Mumbai Cricket Association, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400051 (“loomyAI”, “we” or “us”).
Like many other online platforms, our website and app use cookies and other tracking technologies such as software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and local storage. These tools enable us to store or access information on your device, allowing us to provide certain features and differentiate your device from others. Tracking technologies are commonly used by most apps to recognize a device that has been used before and to understand some of its characteristics, which helps us serve you relevant advertising, evaluate ad performance, and enhance your overall experience. This policy outlines how we utilize these technologies and the options available to you for managing them. Unless specifically stated otherwise in this policy, our Privacy Policy governs the data we collect.
Technologies We Use
Our Platform uses various technologies, including:
Cookies: Cookies are small text files that allow us, our service providers, and partners to uniquely identify your browser or device for various functions. Cookies assign a unique identifier to your device and are stored by websites you visit, as well as third-party providers associated with those sites.
Cookies can stay on your device for different lengths of time. Some, called “session cookies,” only exist while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close it. These cookies do not track your activity across different websites. Others, known as "persistent cookies," remain after your browser is closed and usually expire after a set period (days, weeks, or months). When you revisit the same site or others that use the same cookies, they can recognize your device.
Local Storage: Local storage is a file created by apps and websites to save information on your device. While similar to cookies, local storage can hold more data and may be stored differently on your device. It helps improve site and app performance by remembering your preferences.
Application Programming Interface (API): An API is a software tool that allows different applications to communicate with each other. We use APIs to connect loomyAI with our service providers.
Software Development Kits (SDKs): SDKs are pieces of code that collect data about your device, network, and how you interact with a website. Like cookies, SDKs assign a unique identifier to your device.
Pixels: Pixels are tiny, invisible image files (1x1 pixels) embedded in web pages. They collect data about your visit to that page. When the page loads, it runs code that downloads the image and simultaneously collects information about your device and activity on the site. This data is often used for analytics or advertising purposes.
Mobile Advertising IDs: Your device has a unique identifier used by loomyAI and our service providers to recognize your device. With your consent, this ID helps deliver personalized ads to your device and measure their effectiveness.
Types of Tracking Technologies
The types of tracking technologies used by us and our partners in connection with the Platform can be categorized into the following groups. Some of these are considered "essential" for providing you with the services you've requested, such as enabling you to log into secure areas of the Platform. Here’s a breakdown of the tracking technologies we use:
Identification and Security: These are used to recognize you when you return to our Platform, ensuring it’s you and preventing any unauthorized activity.
For example, we check which country you’re accessing loomyAI from to detect any suspicious login attempts.
Content Personalization: We use these technologies to deliver personalized content that matches your interests.
For example, each user has a unique loomyAI ID, which helps us serve you content that’s tailored to your preferences.
Remembering Your Preferences: These technologies store your settings so the Platform operates according to your preferences.
For example, We remember your language settings, privacy options for your account or content, and any digital well-being choices you’ve made.
Functionality: These tracking technologies help ensure the Platform runs smoothly and efficiently, enhancing your experience.
For example, we identify your device, software version, and screen size to ensure the Platform works correctly. If your battery is low, we adjust how content loads and plays to optimize performance.
Analytics: Analytics tracking technologies help us understand how you use the Platform, such as which pages you visit most often and how you interact with content. They also allow us to measure errors and test new features.
For example, we might test new content creation tools or UI to figure out which features our users prefer.
Advertising and Measurement: We use these technologies to show you relevant ads and measure the performance of ad campaigns. These tools also help us promote loomyAI on other platforms and websites, and track the effectiveness of those ads.
For example, we learn from our advertisers whether you viewed or purchased a product, allowing us to assess the impact of the ad. If you’ve shown interest in an ad, we might show it again or limit how many times it appears on your feed.
Do other entities utilize these technologies on our platform?
Yes, tracking technologies on our Platform can either be "first-party" or "third-party." First-party tracking technologies are those we set and use directly. Third-party tracking technologies are set by third parties, such as our analytics or advertising service providers.
Our partners may use these technologies to help us and our advertisers assess the effectiveness of ads and compare performance across different websites and apps. You can find a list of these partners in the Cookies Partner List located in the last section of this page.
How can I manage these technologies?
